The standard SeaTac pickup is curbside at Level 3 (Arrivals/Baggage Claim level). Doors are numbered 6-20 across the arrivals level — north end, center, and south end. Your door number is printed in red above each door.
SeaTac strictly enforces curbside time limits. The arrivals curb is for immediate pickup only — passenger standing there with bags, vehicle pulls up, 30-second loading, gone. Cars can't wait at the curb; airport police start moving people along within 2-3 minutes.
That's why our chauffeur waits at the free Cell Phone Lot off International Blvd until you confirm your door number via text. Once you text us "I'm at door 14" — we pull up curbside within 2 minutes. No rushing through the terminal, no waiting for a vehicle that hasn't arrived yet.
For international arrivals through customs (South Satellite or Concourse A), allow 45-90 minutes from landing to baggage claim depending on time of day and customs queue. Our flight tracking accounts for this automatically — we don't dispatch the chauffeur from Cell Phone Lot until you're actually walking out of customs.
For elderly passengers, families with kids, or anyone wanting baggage assistance, our $25 meet & greet upgrade brings the chauffeur inside the terminal to baggage claim with a name sign. They help with luggage and walk you to the vehicle. Worth it for international arrivals or anyone unfamiliar with SeaTac.
