Tacoma Shuttle operates seven distinct vehicle types, all private (never shared). The fleet spans: Executive Sedan (3 passengers, 3 bags, from $89), Black Car Executive Service (3 passengers, formal chauffeur, from $125), Premium SUV (6 passengers, 6 bags, from $125), 10-Passenger Van (10 passengers, 10 bags, from $200), Mercedes Sprinter (14 passengers, premium amenities, from $250), Mini-Coach Bus (25 passengers, custom quote), and Motor Coach Bus (up to 55 passengers, DOT-certified, custom quote). All vehicles are kept on a regular maintenance and replacement schedule. ADA-accessible vehicles are available with 24-hour advance notice. Wi-Fi is standard on Sprinters and motor coaches; available on request for smaller vehicles. Pricing is flat-rate with no surge — what's quoted at booking is what you pay, regardless of holiday, weather, or time of day.

    What vehicles does Tacoma Shuttle have? +
    Seven types: Executive Sedan (3 pax, from $89), Black Car Service (3 pax, from $125), Premium SUV (6 pax, from $125), 10-Passenger Van (from $200), Mercedes Sprinter (14 pax, from $250), Mini-Coach (25 pax, custom quote), and Motor Coach (up to 55 pax, custom quote).
    Which vehicle should I book? +
    Match passenger count first, then check luggage. Solo or couple to SeaTac: Sedan. Family of 4–6 with bags: SUV. Group of 7–10: Van. Wedding party or corporate group of 11–14: Sprinter. Mid-size group (15–25): Mini-Coach. Large event (25+): Motor Coach. When in doubt, size up — extra space is more comfortable and barely affects price.
    Are your vehicles ADA accessible? +
    Yes — ADA-accessible vehicles are available on request. Please call (253) 666-6560 at least 24 hours in advance to confirm vehicle availability and any specific mobility-equipment requirements.
    Do all vehicles have Wi-Fi? +
    Wi-Fi is standard on Mercedes Sprinters and motor coaches. Sedans, SUVs, and 10-passenger vans don't include Wi-Fi by default but provide phone-charging cables and bottled water. Corporate clients needing Wi-Fi on smaller vehicles can request it at booking.
    What's the difference between black car service and a sedan? +
    Both seat 3 passengers. The standard sedan ($89) is a clean, well-maintained executive sedan with a professional driver. Black Car Service ($125) uses the same vehicle class but with a chauffeur in formal business attire, premium amenities, and is typically used for executive transport, VIP airport transfers, and business meetings where presentation matters.
    Can I install a child car seat? +
    Yes. We can install your car seat or rent one for $15 per trip. Please request at booking so we have it ready. Required for all children under WA state guidelines (typically through age 8 or 4'9").
    How old are your vehicles? +
    Our fleet is on a regular replacement cycle. Most vehicles are 3 years old or newer. We don't keep aging stock to save on costs — newer vehicles are more reliable, more fuel-efficient, and more comfortable, which matters when you're running 24/7 service.
    Are coach buses DOT-certified? +
    Yes. All our 25-passenger and 55-passenger coach buses are DOT-certified motor coaches with all required federal motor-carrier compliance, current DOT inspections, and CDL-certified drivers with passenger endorsement.
    What if my group doesn't fit one of these sizes? +
    For groups between vehicle sizes, we either upsize you to the next vehicle (more comfortable, marginal cost increase) or combine multiple vehicles (e.g., two SUVs for a 12-person group) — whichever costs less and fits the situation. Just call (253) 666-6560 and we'll figure it out together.
