Wedding transportation is one of those vendors that book early but adjust late. Here's how to think about timing — and exactly what we need from you to lock in your date.

For peak Saturday dates between May and October, book wedding transportation 6 to 12 months ahead. The most popular weekend dates (Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, late September peak fall foliage) are often reserved 9–12 months in advance.

For weeknight or off-peak season weddings (November through March), 3 to 4 months notice is usually sufficient. Last-minute requests are accepted when vehicles are available, but Saturday May–October availability is rarely guaranteed inside 60 days.

What really matters is locking in your specific vehicles, not just a "yes we have something." Couples who book late often find that the Sprinter they wanted is taken and only a passenger van is available — fine, but not what they pictured.

Our process: send us your venue, ceremony time, and approximate guest count, and we'll respond within 24 hours with a custom quote. Quotes are honored for 14 days, after which we may need to re-confirm vehicle availability. A 25% deposit secures the date and vehicles — most couples send the deposit within a week of agreeing to terms.

    What deposit is required? +
    25% deposit secures the date and vehicles. Full balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Deposits are non-refundable inside 90 days of the wedding date but can be transferred to a new date with at least 60 days notice. Multi-vehicle bookings get a 5–10% group discount. We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfer, and corporate accounts can pay via NET 30 invoice.
    Can the bridal party have champagne in the vehicle? +
    Yes — champagne, wine, and beer are welcome in passenger vehicles (Sprinter, mini-coach, motor coach). We provide chilled bottled water and ice for cooling. Glassware is the couple's responsibility — we recommend bringing your own or asking your planner to coordinate. Hard liquor or cocktails are also fine but please keep them in spill-resistant containers.
    Can you decorate the vehicle for the wedding? +
    Yes — "Just Married" signs, ribbons, and reasonable decorations are welcome. Sparkler send-offs, bubbles, and rice/petals are fine for the venue exit but please not in the vehicle interior. Decorations attached to the exterior must be tape-removable and not damage paint. Send us your decoration plan ahead of time and we'll confirm what works.
    Do you do limousines? +
    We don't operate stretch limousines. For most modern weddings, a Mercedes Sprinter or executive SUV has largely replaced the limo — better photos, more comfortable seating, and a more contemporary look. Sprinter holds 14 passengers (more than a stretch limo) and has standing-height interior. If you specifically want a stretch limo, we can refer you to a partner operator.
    Can guests pay individually for the shuttle? +
    No — wedding shuttles are billed to the couple or planner as a single booking, not individual guest fares. Guests ride free as part of the wedding. This is industry standard and what your guests expect. The cost is built into the wedding budget rather than per-guest fare collection.
