How much does corporate group transportation cost? +
Pricing starts at $125/hour for executive black car (3-hour minimum), $1,500 for a 14-pax Sprinter, $2,400 for a 25-pax mini-coach, and $3,600 for a 55-pax motor coach (all 6-hour minimum). Multi-day conferences and recurring corporate accounts qualify for volume pricing (10-15% off published rates) and NET 30 invoicing.
Do you offer NET 30 invoicing? +
Yes. Established corporate accounts can pay via NET 30 invoice with monthly consolidated billing instead of per-trip credit card charges. Invoices include line-item detail by trip, date, vehicle, and chauffeur. We integrate with most corporate procurement systems and provide W-9, COI, and insurance documentation as part of vendor onboarding. New accounts typically start on credit card and transition to NET 30 after 60-90 days.
Can you handle multi-day corporate conferences? +
Yes — multi-day conference shuttles are a core offering. We coordinate continuous hotel-to-venue loops, dedicated airport pickup blocks, evening event transport, and day-after departures. Dispatch assigns a dedicated coordinator for conferences over 50 attendees, with daily run-sheets, vehicle GPS tracking, and direct planner-to-dispatch communication. Same-fleet bookings across multiple days qualify for volume pricing.
Do your chauffeurs sign NDAs? +
Yes. For executive bookings involving confidential business discussions, M&A activity, board members, or sensitive guest lists, we provide signed NDAs from chauffeurs and dispatch staff prior to the booking date. Discretion is a default standard for all chauffeurs. Formal NDA documentation is a common ask from law firms, finance companies, and PE/VC clients.
Do you have dedicated account managers? +
Yes. Corporate accounts with consistent monthly volume (typically 10+ bookings/month) get a dedicated account manager who handles ongoing scheduling, recurring routes, monthly invoicing reconciliation, and any escalation needs. Account managers also coordinate with corporate travel managers, HR teams, and EAs to streamline booking workflows.
What types of corporate events do you transport? +
Common bookings include: multi-day conferences and offsites with hotel-to-venue shuttles, executive group travel for board visits and investor days, holiday parties (December peak), team-building outings (escape rooms, wineries, Mt. Rainier), corporate awards nights, client tours and visits, ribbon cuttings and grand openings, employee appreciation events, sports/concert outings as employee perks, and corporate dinners. See the events grid above for the full list.
Can you transport executive groups for board meetings? +
Yes —
executive group travel is one of our most common corporate bookings. Common patterns: airport pickup for multiple board members across the morning, hotel drops, multi-stop boardroom-to-lunch-to-second-meeting circuits, evening dinner transport, same-day or next-day airport returns.
Separate vehicles per VIP if requested, or coordinate group transport in a single Sprinter.
Black car service is the standard for individual executive transport.
Are you available for last-minute corporate bookings? +
Yes — established corporate accounts get priority dispatch for last-minute bookings, including same-day vehicle requests during business hours. New corporate clients typically need 24-48 hours of lead time for first-booking onboarding (W-9, payment terms, account setup), but subsequent bookings can be confirmed in under an hour. Real human dispatchers answer (253) 666-6560 24/7 for genuinely urgent corporate transportation needs.
Do you provide insurance documentation for venues? +
Yes. Insurance certificates of $1.5M per-vehicle liability are provided to corporate procurement teams, venue coordinators, and event planners on request. We carry workers compensation, commercial auto, and full commercial transportation insurance on every vehicle and chauffeur. Most venues have minimum insurance requirements — we exceed all Washington State mandates.
What's your service area? +
Service area covers Tacoma, Pierce County, South King County, and Greater Seattle including downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and the Eastside tech corridor (Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell). We routinely run corporate transportation between Tacoma headquarters and Seattle/Bellevue meetings. For events outside the greater Puget Sound area, custom quote required.
Can you integrate with our procurement system? +
Yes — we integrate with most corporate procurement systems including Coupa, SAP Ariba, Concur, and similar. We can submit invoices to AP teams in standard formats, accept POs in advance, and integrate with vendor management portals. For specific procurement requirements, contact our corporate accounts team and we'll work directly with your finance/procurement leads.
How do we set up a corporate account? +
Set-up takes 1–2 business days for most companies. We need: company name and billing address, accounting contact, primary booker contact (EA or travel manager), preferred payment terms, and any procurement system requirements. We provide W-9, COI, and insurance docs. Initial bookings typically go on credit card during onboarding, then transition to NET 30 once volume justifies. Email
