Pricing starts at $125/hour for executive black car (3-hr min), $750 for SUV (6 pax), $1,500 for Sprinter (14 pax), $2,400 for mini-coach (25 pax), and $3,600 for motor coach (55 pax) — all 6-hour minimum except black car. Most concert and sporting event bookings cluster in the SUV-Sprinter range. Pricing covers chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, all wait time during event, and standard mileage. Late-night return service is included.
Can you transport groups to Tacoma Dome events? +
Yes — Tacoma Dome event transport is one of our most common bookings. The Tacoma Dome hosts up to 21,000 spectators. We provide door-to-door pickup, dedicated drop-off near the venue entrance, chauffeur waiting in the Tacoma Dome cell phone lot during the event, and direct return home post-event. No parking fees, no DUI risk, no late-night driving.
Can you do Seahawks game shuttles to Lumen Field? +
Yes — Seahawks game day transport from Tacoma to Lumen Field is a regular booking, especially for groups of 8 or more avoiding stadium parking. Lumen Field seats 67,000 (expandable to 72,000) and is in downtown Seattle, 40 minutes from Tacoma in normal traffic. Game day traffic adds 30-60 minutes each way. We pick up your group from a single Tacoma-area location, drop at the stadium 60-90 minutes before kickoff, and return after the game.
Can you do Mariners and Kraken game shuttles? +
Yes. T-Mobile Park (Mariners) and Climate Pledge Arena (Kraken/Storm) game shuttles are common bookings, particularly for evening games. Climate Pledge Arena seats up to 18,300 fans and is the world's first net-zero carbon certified arena. T-Mobile Park has a retractable roof for all-weather games. Group transport eliminates parking hassle and DUI risk for both venues.
Do you provide late-night return shuttles after events? +
Yes — late-night returns post-event are standard practice. Concerts ending at 11 PM or midnight, sporting events that run long, and convention evening receptions all include the return ride home. The chauffeur waits during the event (no additional charge — included in the hourly hire) and runs the group back to their pickup location after the show. Particularly valuable for groups attending events with alcohol.
What are your most common event venue destinations? +
From Tacoma, common destinations: Tacoma Dome (in Tacoma, 5 min from downtown), Cheney Stadium (Tacoma Rainiers home), Greater Tacoma Convention Center, Emerald Queen Casino, Lumen Field in Seattle (Seahawks/Sounders, 40 min), T-Mobile Park (Mariners, 40 min), Climate Pledge Arena (Kraken/Storm/concerts, 40 min), Showbox SODO, Paramount Theatre, WaMu Theater, and Gorge Amphitheatre (3 hours from Tacoma, popular summer concerts).
How far in advance should I book? +
For major concerts (Tacoma Dome, Climate Pledge, Lumen), 4-6 weeks ahead. For Seahawks regular season games, Mariners home stands, Kraken games, 2-4 weeks. For NFL playoffs, 8+ weeks. For conventions and festivals, 6-8 weeks. Last-minute bookings accepted when vehicles available, but Friday/Saturday night availability is rarely guaranteed inside 2 weeks during peak season (May-October).
Can you handle convention and trade show transportation? +
Yes — convention and trade show shuttles are a regular service. Common destinations include Greater Tacoma Convention Center, Hyatt Olive 8 (Seattle), Bell Harbor Conference Center, and various Washington State Convention Center events. We handle both attendee transportation (groups arriving for the convention) and exhibitor transportation (booth staff plus equipment). Multi-day convention bookings can be coordinated as continuous hourly hire across multiple days.
What about the Washington State Fair? +
Yes — Washington State Fair shuttle from Tacoma area to Puyallup is a popular September booking. The fair runs 3 weeks and draws 1+ million attendees annually. Fair parking and exit traffic is genuinely difficult — group shuttle is significantly less stressful than driving, especially for the post-fair return when you're carrying purchases and tired kids. Mini-coach or motor coach is the right choice for extended families.
Do you do bachelor/bachelorette party event nights? +
Yes — bachelor/bachelorette party nights are common bookings. Sprinter (14 pax) is the standard vehicle. We handle the multi-stop nature (drinks → dinner → show → late-night spot), provide audio/Bluetooth for music, and run late-night returns. Some packages combine an event night with a wine tour the next day. BYOB is welcome in passenger vehicles for legal drinking-age attendees.
Can we BYOB on the way to a concert? +
Yes — champagne, wine, beer, and cocktails are welcome in passenger vehicles (Sprinter, mini-coach, motor coach) for legal drinking-age riders. Bring your own glassware or solo cups. Cooler space is available; we provide ice if requested. Standing safely while the vehicle is moving is the only no — please stay seated. Otherwise, treat the ride as the pre-show.
What if our event runs longer than expected? +
The chauffeur waits — that's the whole point. Hourly hire continues at the same per-hour rate ($125/hr black car, comparable scaling for larger vehicles). Sporting events that go to overtime, encore-heavy concerts, post-show celebrations, conventions that run late — all included in the same hourly hire. No surge pricing for late-running events.
